There is a warning indicator on battery or charger
Try this solution
Check start procedure and battery connection
1.
Do a check of the power trigger and power trigger lockout.
2.
Engage the chain brake.

Put the battery in the battery holder.
⚠️NOTE: Make sure that the battery is installed correctly into the battery holder. If the battery does not move easily into the battery holder, the position is not correct.
4.
Push on the lower part of the battery until you hear a click sound.
5.
Push and hold the start/stop button until the green LED comes on.
