If the chain is not oiling correctly, there won't be any oil on the chain and guide bar and no oil will be spraying off when the chainsaw is running at full RPM.

Try this solution

Refll the chain oil tank

Open the chain oil tank and check that there is sufficient oil. Refill the oil tank if necessary.
Allow approximately 30 seconds at full throttle for oil to feed to the chain from the oil pump.
