The auger is not turning
Try this solution
Inspect the auger belt for wear and tear
Check to see if the auger belts are damaged or have slipped off their pulleys. If they are stretched or damaged, replace them. Otherwise, adjust the belts according to the video below and continue using your snow thrower.
For more information, refer to your operator's manual.
It is recommended that the belt(s) be replaced
by a service center.
