Try this solution
Adjust or replace the throttle cable
The throttle cable may need to be adjusted or replaced.
Adjust the throttle cable if it is too loose and/or adjust the idle speed screw if it is too tight.
If adjusting does not work, replace your throttle cable with a new one.
